Old and New

As a studio Art Major, and an artist in general, I have been introduced to many different forms of art in the last four years. For every medium used ,and processes i’ve been taught to work with these materials, there is a past and a present. I believe it’s important to remember the old means of working with in a form, especially when learning the new mechanisms of manipulation created in the now. I feel the only way we can continue to grow in the creation of artistic technology aids, is by familiarizing our selves with their histories.
